Congratulations to Unity ICT who have met all the best practice standards in ICT Service management to achieve the ISO20000 accreditation – the first international standard for IT Service Management.
Unity ICT are leading the way with this accreditation, being the first in the business to achieve it and one of the first to achieve it amongst the AGMA authorities. It’s a well deserved, fantastic achievement and comes following several years of adapting and improving processes to meet the ISO quite exacting standards.
Some comments from the auditors report include, ‘It is very evident that a lot of work has been put into the development of the ITSMS, the documentation is well presented and extensive (this is a) well managed service’ The report also added, ‘It was noted that the organisation achieved targeted SLA for completion of Incident most of the time, it was particularly impressive to see the continual improvement in action contributing to the achievement of the 75% first-time-fix .’
