AGILISYS, TOGETHER WITH NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL AND HAMBLETON DISTRICT COUNCIL, ANNOUNCE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PHASE 1 OF THE NORTH YORKSHIRE ICT PARTNERSHIP

North Yorkshire County Council and Hambleton District Council are pleased to announce the successful completion of Phase 1 of the North Yorkshire ICT Partnership. Working with Agilisys, the councils have jointly achieved key ODPM and BVPI outcomes, as well as put in place a solid foundation for ongoing service transformation and improved Access to Services (including CRM and Content Management Solutions). Moving forward, Agilisys will continue to support the councils in their transformation agenda, providing a mix of consulting and managed services.

Phil Morton, the NYICTP Chairman said: "Agilisys have really helped the councils build a solid shared platform through which we can transform citizen services. We are looking forward to working with them as the Partnership continues to improve Access to Services."
