AGILISYS ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW CEO

Kay Andrews, Executive Director of Liberata’s Public Sector business joins Agilisys as CEO with effect from October 6th

Agilisys, the UK’s most innovative IT services and outsourcing provider, today announced that with effect from October 6th, Co-Founder and CEO Charles Mindenhall will assume the role of Executive Chairman, as they appoint new CEO, Kay Andrews, who joins from Liberata’s Public Sector Business where she is currently Executive Director for Local Government.

Charles Mindenhall, Agilisys Co-Founder, comments: “Kay has the right background, values and experience to have a big impact on Agilisys’ ongoing development, and I’m delighted that she is coming on board.

Andrews’ impressive track record includes more than 13 years at Perot Systems where she held roles in both the UK and the US, including Managing Director of the UK and Ireland, and European Director responsible for their commercial sector. She joined Liberata in 2005 where she currently has Executive responsibility for the Local Government Business including Contact Centre, IT and Revenues & Benefits Service Lines.

Following Charles Mindenhall’s appointment as Executive Chairman, current Chairman Stuart Stradling will take on the role of a non–Executive Board Director.
