Richard Amos joins Agilisys from Retail Decisions Plc

London, UK, 14 January 2008 – Agilisys, one of the UK’s most innovative IT and business process service providers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Amos as Finance Director.
The appointment represents a further strengthening of the team and is an important addition as Agilisys moves forward and prepares for significant growth in 2008. Richard Amos brings with him an outstanding track record as an experienced Plc Board Finance Director in both the technology and professional services sectors, most recently at Retail Decisions plc and prior to that at VEGA Group plc. Richard Amos’ early career was spent at the TI Group and Ernst & Young where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
