Agilisys University

Agilisys has established a corporate university to provide an environment in which employees can receive learning and development through a framework closely aligned with the organisation's business objectives. Providing support for nearly five years, Agilisys University is dedicated to ensuring all employees are equipped with the skills and tools to help them develop within the organisation, and to provide the best possible level of service to Agilisys clients.

The University is also available to clients – either as bespoke courses, or more often, as mixed courses with our employees, giving both sides valuable interchange of ideas and experiences.

Agilisys University provides our employees with the means to achieve their own development plans and career progression at Agilisys. Through the supporting Performance Management Framework incorporating the industry standard SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age), we have developed and regularly update a curriculum to meet the needs of our employees and the business. We also ensure that a clear focus is maintained on developing our skills and our cultural values.

Courses for both staff and clients are offered in a variety of subjects, from specific skills to broader sector-related focus; many are bespoke, offered in response to specific requests and growing demand.

For example, following increasing demand from clients, Agilisys now offers a number of training courses particularly within Local Government as the need for consultative processes and project awareness increases in line with the continual search for improvements, modernisation and efficiencies.
