What do you do at Agilisys?
I am a Business Analyst and have been involved in various projects on the Cumbria Partnership since April 2005. I am currently working on a project to implement a new Electronic Social Care Record (ESCR) system. My involvement lies specifically in the Single Assessment Process for Adults, ensuring that the new system correctly fulfils the requirements of the Social Services Department for Adults.
What attracted you to Agilisys?
I had the opportunity to transfer to Agilisys from Jarvis Systems and Technologies which I readily accepted. What really impressed me was the way in which the changeover was handled, very smoothly and without any confusion. Since joining I have been able to take full advantage of the many opportunities that I have been given, including travel, new roles and increased responsibilities, as well as opportunities for personal development in the form of training. I have had a brilliant time and really been able to progress my career.

I would certainly recommend it to someone who wants to gain experience working in a fast-paced organisation, and to further his or her career development.
