CHRIS LAVERY JOINS THE IMPACT PARTNERSHIP AS NEW MD

London, UK, 24 April 2007 - The Impact Partnership - the joint venture partnership between Mouchel Parkman, Agilisys and Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council - has appointed Chris Lavery as Managing Director.

Chris's brief is to help the Partnership achieve its demanding regeneration and job creation objectives. Impact's aim is to establish itself as a centre of excellence in local government property, highways and business services; not only in Rochdale, but across the North West.

Chris joins Impact from Mouchel Parkman's subsidiary, Hornagold & Hills. As a partner in Hornagold and Hills he developed a healthy consultancy business in the North, working on projects within both the public and private sectors.

Chris has experience managing Private Finance Initiatives and Public Private Partnerships across the health, transportation and property sectors, notably as programme manager on the £15b PPP for London Underground and a £1.5b North Mersey Future Healthcare Programme. He has also worked in the retail, education and leisure sectors.

Commenting on his appointment, Chris says: "This is a great opportunity to make a real difference across the whole of Rochdale borough. There is a massive amount of investment driving local regeneration across the borough; and we intend to ensure that Impact plays a pivotal role in delivering this change."
