Agilisys provides ICT services for Sandwell MBC as part of the E4L consortium.
Agilisys works across the Education sector to support transformation through effective use of ICT. From helping universities to integrate their back office systems and processes, to working with authorities in the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme, Agilisys brings its cross-sector experience and innovation to help deliver lasting transformation.
For example, we have worked with University of Southampton to successfully deliver its Administration Systems Replacement Programme (ASRP) involving significant process engineering and systems integration. Also, with Cardiff University we have successfully completed the implementation of Oracle e-Business Suite.
Furthermore, Agilisys is the ICT delivery partner for the E4L consortium that won the Sandwell BSF contract in 2009. We are working with the schools and authorities to drive educational attainment through the effective use of ICT and providing a managed service to support the ongoing school transformation programme. Agilisys is committed to growing our presence in the BSF sector and is involved in a number of other BSF opportunities.
We also provide services to primary school; for example through the EDIT team in the Rochdale Impact Partnership we deliver a full managed service to the Borough’s primary schools, including managing their intranet and learning platform. Through our Unity Partnership in Oldham we have also helped pilot the Home Access scheme for computers and internet access for low income families to support children’s education.
