HBOS – Customer Process Outsourcing
As a major UK player in the provision of new credit cards, HBOS operates a large internal collections department to manage account delinquencies. Seasonal variations, however, mean that HBOS needs the ability to quickly ramp up the number of agent hours performing collections activities for specific periods.
HBOS contracted Agilisys to provide a fixed based of collections agents for year round support and to provide an overflow capacity for peak periods of activity. We provide 50 fulltime agents per month on a yearly basis expanding to over 100 fulltime agents for 6 months of the year.
Intrinsic Financial Services– IT Outsourcing
Intrinsic Financial Services wanted to provide an IT platform and userbased community for Independent Financial Advisors to access the supplier side market. Agilisys worked with Intrinsic to create a technology platform using Citrix and N4 technology that allowed Independent Financial Advisers to access critical financial applications and data from a centrally hosted platform.
Agilisys designed, procured and deployed the solution in a 3 month period allowing Intrinsic to launch on target. Effective use of solutions like VMware virtualisation and SAN storage allowed for a cost effective, secure and resilient solution. The centralised architecture has allowed Intrinsic to expand into new offices and add new user types with minimal effort.
First Assist - Customer Process Outsourcing
As part of the Barclays Group, First Assist provides health and medical insurance solutions to the business market. Agilisys was recruited to provide an outbound telesales function for First Assist. Since the start of the campaign the Agilisys agents have sold £6.2 million in additional premium revenue for First Assist.
Purely Mortgages Customer - Process & IT Outsourcing
Purely is involved in the provision of mortgage broking services to end consumers. Agilisys helped Purely implement a complete end-to-end customer service solution involving all aspects of mortgage advice, process and application fulfilment. We set up a new contact centre in Fareham, installed and hosted the Purely CRM software into the contact centre environment, and recruited and trained advisors to full CeMAP standard. Agilisys also now manages the day-to-day Purely operations.
