PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and proactive individual to join our team in Rochdale working with our client Rochdale MBC. Working closely with Programme/Project Manager you will gain exposure to a variety of projects within Adult Social Care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business analysis
- Business process re-engineering
- Updating project documentation
- Attending project meetings
- Working closely with the customer
- Working with third party suppliers
- Developing business cases and presentations
- Commitment to training and future development
- Willingness to travel
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Knopwledge
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- The ability to perform under pressure and deliver to challenging timescales.
- A self-motivated individual who works comfortably without direct supervision.
- A problem solver who is able to break down an issue and articulate solutions and recommendations to a mixed audience
- A tenacious, flexible and adaptable individual who will work well individually and within a team.
Qualification
- To succeed in this role, you will need to be a graduate with a 2:1 or above, with a strong academic record.
