Early customers include BBC, Coca-Cola, Exel Logistics, Thomson Travel Group.
Created dot-com successes such as thefirstresort.com and madaboutwine.com.
netdecisions works with McDonald’s to launch restaurant's first UK website.
Agilisys founded through a Netdecisions joint venture, to offer outsourcing and consultancy services to the public sector.
Contact Partners purchased, providing call centres in UK & Eire. Later rebranded as Agilisys Contact Services (ACS).
Agilisys, netdecisions & ACS combine operations under Agilisys brand.
Agilisys enters into an Incremental Strategic Partnership with the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, which will eventually lead to the creation of the H&F Bridge Partnership.
Agilisys enters Healthcare Sector with General Healthcare Group to roll out Master Patient Index for 49 Hospitals across the UK.
Agilisys establishes partnership with Cumbria County Council. Agilisys and Cumbria County Council make a successful joint bid to run Consumer Direct North West which provides consumer advice services to citizens in 22 Local Authorities across the North West.
Agilisys and Hammersmith & Fulham Council create the Joint Venture Company H&F Bridge Partnership (HFBP).
Agilisys enters into partnership with Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council and Mouchel Group to form the Impact Partnership.
Agilisys enters into partnership with Mouchel Group and Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council to form the Unity Partnership.

Environments for Learning – Agilisys enters Building Schools for the Future market with Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council. The 10 year partnership will see Agilisys transform education in the area through the use of 21st Century ICT.
Agilisys enters into strategic partnership with North Somerset Council in a 10-year deal to provide Customer Services, ICT, Revenues and Benefits, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Facilities Management.
Agilisys awarded contract to deliver ICT Services to St. Helens Super Schools. Generations of learners throughout St.Helens are to benefit from major ICT investment to transform learning environments across the borough.
Agilisys and the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham create the joint venture Elevate East London to transform and deliver services including ICT, Revenues and Benefits, Customer Services, and Procurement
