Through our extensive partnerships with local, regional and national public sector bodies, we continue to design and adopt new and innovative ways to work with our clients to deliver the very best services to their citizens.

Our flexible approach to partnership, focus on innovation, and commitment to delivering immediate value for money has been instrumental in our growth in the public sector. We are already a major ICT service partner with leading councils such as Hammersmith and Fulham, Rochdale, Oldham, and Cumbria, and most recently in North Somerset and Barking and Dagenham, and these partnerships continue to grow. For example, we work with partner Cumbria to jointly deliver high profile customer services for Consumer Direct, funded by the Office of Fair Trading.

We provide a full range of services including strategic consultancy, change management, ICT service delivery, contact centre services and more – often through innovative, long-term partnerships, such as the Elevate East London joint venture with the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.

In addition to major partnerships, the in-house knowledge we’ve built – and team of more than one hundred consultants – allows us to deliver transformational projects to clients such as the Hyde Group, Capital Ambition, and Tower Hamlets. Recent consulting projects which have helped our clients deliver more efficient, effective and improved services to their customers have included feasibility studies (one of which identified savings of more than £1m for our client), IT strategy, and establishment of project management office processes.

Many of our services are delivered through a network of “centres of excellence”, organised around regional hubs – North East, North West, Southwest and London – from which we are able to deploy resources in the most efficient manner. These hubs are already bringing regenerative economic development including a significant number of jobs and apprenticeships to the areas where they are based and bring the benefits of efficient delivery to adopting organisations who seek value for money.
