Ron Reynolds

Commercial Director

As the Commercial Director for Agilisys, Ron is responsible for client satisfaction and commercial growth. Prior to joining Agilisys, Ron worked with portfolio investments at Blenheim Chalcot often holding Executive Management roles within the businesses to focus on growth and/or execute critical operational plans.

Previously, Ron has held director roles within Steria, including as CFO of NHS Shared Business Services Ltd, the company’s JV with the Department of Health. He joined Steria in 2001 as the CFO of what was then Xansa North. Ron initially developed his finance career within GE, and holds an MBA.

Sean Grimes

Operations Director

Sean has been responsible for leading strategic partnerships across both Public and Private Sectors. His experience in the Public Sector includes managing the successful transitions of Agilisys' Local Authority Partnerships with Cumbria County Council, Oldham Metropolitan Council, and Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council. Sean was responsible for the development of the Agilisys Healthcare business.

Sean joined Agilisys from Cambridge Management Consultants, where he spent six years managing several strategic engagements throughout Europe. Sean holds a 1st class degree in Business Studies and Quantitative Business Analysis.

Andrew Mindenhall

Business Development Director

Andrew is the Business Development and Partnership Director for Agilisys, building strategic relationships with new clients and ensuring contractual commitments are fulfilled across a number of our large partnerships.

Andrew started with the business in 1999 as the Director of Human Resources before leading the Cumbria ICT Partnership, our North Somerset Partnership, the Consumer Direct service for the OFT, and the Agilisys Contact Centre business.

Prior to joining Agilisys, Andrew had a number of operational and HR roles with Waddingtons plc, Marshalls plc, and Bettys and Taylors Group.

David Abensour

Chief Technology Officer

David joined Agilisys in 1999 and has since worked on strategy, management and delivery for major clients and group companies alike. He worked closely with many of our start-up technology companies in their early stages, for example spending three years with Fluency leading architecture, product definition and operational management before returning to Agilisys.

Before Agilisys, David worked in Antarctica, Iceland and Norway maintaining and operating geophysical survey systems. He also worked with SRI International on Natural Language and AI processing software. Before commercial life, David studied and then supervised Computer Science at Cambridge University, doing PhD, MPhil and BA degrees.

Simon Mounsey

Head of Human Resources

Simon is responsible for HR, Resourcing and Estates and Facilities. Since joining Agilisys in 2003 from major recruitment provider, Manpower, Simon has been responsible for implementing Agilisys’ Performance Management Framework and for the HR transition delivery of each of our Strategic Partnerships.

Nigel Muirhead

North Regional Director

Nigel Muirhead is responsible for the North Region which includes our long term Partnerships with Cumbria, Rochdale, Oldham and Sandwell councils. Nigel is also responsible for the Agilisys customer services centres in Rochdale and Barrow in Furness providing services to Lloyds Banking Group, SAV Credit, First Assist, General Healthcare Group, Consumer Direct North West (CDNW) and Hammersmith and Fulham Council.

Nigel previously worked for M&S and Fujitsu Services in a variety of roles including HR, Logistics, Services and Account Management.

Stephen Biggs

South Regional Director

Stephen is the Managing Director of our South Region, responsible for key customers including Hammersmith & Fulham (where services are delivered through the ground-breaking joint venture Hammersmith & Fulham Bridge Partnership), Barnet, Kingston, Tower Hamlets, Kensington & Chelsea and Capital Ambition. He is also responsible for our private sector and consulting businesses.

Stephen previously held senior leadership roles with Logica and Serco, following a career which started in the public sector and then led to a number of years in consulting and advisory roles.

Elevate Partnership Director

Leading Agilisys' joint venture with Barking and Dagenham Council, Alan has a strong track record of developing innovative and successful shared service delivery partnerships with local authorities. He has previously held senior positions within two London Boroughs, including Head of Financial Services and Assistant Director of Finance.

Steve Morgan

IT Services Director

Responsible for Agilisys Managed Services and delivery of our shared services initiatives, Steve joins Agilisys from CSC, where he held a number of senior Infrastructure, account management and service delivery roles across Europe and North America. During his career in IT, Steve has gained vast experience in the delivery of remote operational service capability, service integration and service governance with the latest engagement involving the successful deployment and transition of Infrastructure support services for a global insurance company with 60,000 users across 8 countries in 7 months.
