Our Customer Experience Management (CXM) practice is looking for Junior Consultants and Junior Developers interested in our sector-leading solutions and services to help public sector organisations digitally transform through improved customer experience and service efficiency. The CXM Academy will enable you to become an experienced and accredited Dynamics 365 professional while working with our close-knit team on the issues that matter most.
A two-year structured programme, the academy is designed to help you gain knowledge and understanding of how Agilisys delivers CXM solutions to public sector bodies, as well as the opportunity to design customer solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will gain experience across customer services, sales, power automate and working with MS Azure devOps, translating user requirements into solution configuration.
In addition to technical skills, we will work with you to build your personal and professional development, including sector-specific knowledge and consulting skills. You will have dedicated industry-recognised training opportunities with Microsoft Dynamics 365, alongside live project work with our clients in local government.

The Junior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants and Developers who take part will help us build customer platforms for our clients to provide online services to their customers. Through Power Apps portal or Drupal CMS, we provide the online portal to capture customer requests which are then managed and fulfilled through the Dynamics solutions.
