How to add your signature to Outlook:
- Generate and Copy: Fill in your details above and click "Generate Signature", then click "Copy to Clipboard".
- Open Outlook: Launch Outlook on your computer.
- Go to File: Click on "File" in the top left corner.
- Options: Select "Options" from the left-hand menu.
- Mail: In the Outlook Options window, click on "Mail" from the left-hand menu.
- Signatures: Click the "Signatures..." button on the right side.
- New Signature: Click "New" to create a new signature. Give it a descriptive name (e.g., "My Agilisys Signature").
- Paste Signature: In the "Edit signature" box, delete any existing content and then paste the copied signature (Ctrl+V or right-click and paste).
- Set Defaults: Under "Choose default signature", select your new signature for "New messages" and "Replies/forwards" as desired.
- Save: Click "OK" on the Signatures and Stationery window, then "OK" on the Outlook Options window.
