Nigel joined in 2005 as a Partnership Director, became Regional Director for the North, then led the Products Division — developing the Agilisys Digital Platform — before taking responsibility for the Managed Services Business Unit in 2018.

CEO since September 2025. His career at Agilisys reflects the company’s own evolution: from managed services to AI-powered technology partner.

Co-founder of Agilisys with over two decades of experience in digital transformation and public services. In his non-executive role, Andrew provides strategic guidance and oversight, helping to shape the company’s long-term direction and support its leadership team.

He continues to play an active role across the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio, drawing on his expertise in connecting agencies, technologies, and places to deliver successful outcomes.

Over three decades of global IT and business services experience. As former CEO of Agilisys, Kay now focuses on expanding key client relationships and supporting business initiatives across the Blenheim Chalcot group.

Her track record combines sustainable business growth with effective customer management and service delivery. Before Agilisys, Kay spent 13 years at Perot Systems and three years as Executive Director for Local Government at Liberata. She is a trustee of the Barking and Dagenham YouthZone and holds a first-class degree in Mathematics and an MBA.

Responsible for managing all finance operations at Agilisys, with a focus on strategic financial planning, risk management, and performance monitoring. Nicola also oversees the Finance Business Partnering and FP&A teams.

Nicola joined Agilisys in 2003 and is a qualified CIMA Management Accountant — one of the longest-serving members of the leadership team.

Responsible for the HR strategy at Agilisys, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, engagement, and communications. Over 20 years of HR experience across the technology sector.

Recognised for her leadership and contribution to the tech industry — named a Tech Women 100 Award Winner in 2022.

Leads the delivery of complex programmes and projects across Agilisys’s portfolio of public sector clients. Over 37 years’ experience in technology leadership, including programme and project management, business analysis, and operational transformation. Also Product Owner for the Intelligent Automation practice.

Known for delivering large-scale change, improving client outcomes, and building high-performing teams. Strong track record in establishing trusted client partnerships and driving commercial benefits through strategic delivery.

Oversees the delivery of services to some of Agilisys’s key strategic partners and clients. Nearly 20 years’ experience working with public and private sector organisations to identify and deliver large-scale operational change, cost reduction, and process automation programmes.

Also responsible for the growth of the Agilisys Services Business Unit.

A strategic partnership leader with over 20 years’ experience supporting local government organisations across the UK. Specialises in building long-term partnerships that help councils transform services, improve outcomes for residents, and maximise the value of their technology investments.

Has led complex service transformation programmes spanning customer services, digital transformation, managed IT services, automation, and AI-enabled service improvement. Known for his collaborative and outcome-focused approach.
