Adam Potter is the Head of Professional Services at Agilisys, responsible for leading the delivery of complex programmes and projects across a portfolio of public sector clients. Adam brings over 37 years’ experience in technology leadership, including extensive expertise in programme and project management, business analysis, and operational transformation. He is also Product Owner for our Intelligent Automation practice with 10 years’ experience in multiple automation platforms.

Adam is recognised for delivering large-scale change, improving client outcomes, and building high-performing, collaborative teams. He has a strong track record in establishing trusted client partnerships, driving commercial benefits and improving citizen outcomes through strategic delivery and pre-sales leadership, ensuring robust governance across complex engagements.
