One request, both sides
A resident wants to know what’s in the ground at a former colliery site. Follow the request from their question to the officer’s approved response.
1. The requester front end
The resident asks about contamination and ground conditions on the former colliery land off Bickershaw. The assistant points them to the disclosure log, open data and publication scheme, then takes them through a short request form to an acknowledgement.
2. The officer back end
The same request, now EIR 414, in your team’s SharePoint. The walkthrough points out each step: logging and routing, the instruction form to the department, reminders while you wait, and the drafted response with the EIR wording and date in place for an officer to approve.
Best viewed on a desktop screen. The demo is a working front end running on sample data. The live product connects to your own case management system or disclosure log.
What a live deployment adds
Both demos follow a fixed script on sample data. In a live deployment the requester side searches your real published environmental data and disclosure log, and the officer side works with your own departments, return deadlines and approval routes.
Setup covers your channels, your departments and your exceptions policy. It is a configurable product, and a typical deployment runs 6 to 10 weeks.
Start with an AI Prototyping Day
It takes a day. We bring the method, you bring your team and your data, and we run it against a real case from your own backlog rather than a hypothetical. You will leave knowing whether this is worth pursuing, with no commitment beyond the day.
AI Prototyping Days are free. We ask that your head of department sponsors the session and brings the people who can make decisions and make things happen.
