As part of the Blenheim Chalcot group, personal data may also be shared with other Blenheim Chalcot companies where necessary for internal administrative purposes, recruitment, service delivery, or business operations.
Each processor listed above, may appoint subprocessors to process personal data. Such subprocessors will be listed on the processors website or are available upon request contacting the processors directly.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), where applicable.

Where Agilisys provides services to clients that involve processing children’s data, we act as a data processor and process such data only in accordance with the client’s instructions and the applicable Data Processing Agreement.

Monitoring is proportionate, limited to what is necessary, and carried out in accordance with applicable data protection and employment laws.
