Both sides, end to end
Two demos on this page. The requester front end residents use to search the disclosure log and submit a request, and the officer back end your FOI team works in: triage and routing, exemptions flagged for review, the drafted response, sign-off, and the audit trail building as you go. Click through them yourself.
1. The requester front end
What a resident or journalist sees: search the disclosure log for an answer that already exists, submit a new request, and track it anonymously.
2. The officer back end
What your FOI team works in, with the walkthrough pointing out each step: intake and triage, exemptions surfaced for review, the drafted response, sign-off and the audit trail.
Best viewed on a desktop screen. The demo is a working front end running on sample data. The live product connects to your own case management system or disclosure log.
What a live deployment adds
Both demos run on sample data with a fixed script. In a live deployment the two agents are wired into your own systems: the requester side searches your real disclosure log, and the officer side picks up your real cases on your workflow and approval routes.
Configuration is where the rest of the work sits: your channels, your disclosure log, your workflow and approval routes, your exemption policy. It is a configurable product rather than a bespoke build, and a typical deployment runs 6 to 10 weeks.
Start with an AI Prototyping Day
It takes a day. We bring the method, you bring your team and your data, and we run it against a real case from your own backlog rather than a hypothetical. You will leave knowing whether this is worth pursuing, with no commitment beyond the day.
AI Prototyping Days are free. We ask that your head of department sponsors the session and brings the people who can make decisions and make things happen.
