NHS Business Services Authority
Our £30M infrastructure and managed services contract with NHSBSA is our largest NHS engagement — and one of our largest contracts overall. We are their cloud and digital partner, responsible for the infrastructure that underpins nationally critical services including NHS Pensions.
Through pensions automation alone, the partnership saves 25,000 hours per year. During the first year, 11,500 error codes were processed with 100% SLA compliance.
When COVID hit, we delivered their cloud migration on schedule — protecting nationally critical systems at a time when reliability mattered most. This wasn’t a theoretical exercise: NHSBSA processes pensions for every NHS worker in England. The infrastructure had to work, and it did.

We built the cloud data platform for England’s largest specialist cancer care provider. Over 30TB of structured clinical and research data — spanning 20 years — migrated to Azure.
The platform now supports a Digital Research Environment for cancer research, linking operational and research datasets in ways that weren’t previously possible. Clinicians and researchers can query across two decades of care records without waiting for manual data extracts.
This is the kind of work we do well: complex data, sensitive governance requirements, and a need for the platform to serve both clinical operations and research teams.

Minutes Genie in the NHS
Humber & North Yorkshire ICB deployed Minutes Genie and saw a 50% reduction in board meeting preparation time. ICB governance teams face the same problem as council committees: hours spent writing up meetings that could be spent on the work those meetings are about.
