Agilisys Women Empowerment

The Agilisys Women Empowerment Steering Committee sets out to leverage the talent we have at Agilisys by ensuring that we have an environment within our organisation that encourages everyone to excel. The committee exists to look at ways in which we can actively encourage more women into tech fields – and by tech we don’t just mean IT – it covers all the areas we work in across Agilisys.  

We are interested in the gender pay gap, and in making sure we have HR policies that work for us all in a forward-thinking business, creating mentoring opportunities to help our employees grow and develop – and so much more.

What we're doing to close our gender pay gap

It is important to Agilisys that men and women are paid equally for doing equivalent jobs. We continue to invest in initiatives taking action to encourage gender equality across our organisation.

Recruitment

We are working to recognise and remove unconscious bias when it comes to hiring great female talent.

Development

With the help of the AWE we are creating a network of mentors and coaches to support our employees at Agilisys.

Progression

We are working to identify a pipeline of great female talent for leadership positions, showing us the potential leaders of the future.

 

 

Retention

Our Employee Reps are making changes to our policies to support an improved gender pay gap- including, most recently, an improved family leave policy.
