Manoj Badale

Chairman & Founder

Manoj Badale is Co-Founder of Blenheim Chalcot, the UK’s leading Venture Builder. Blenheim Chalcot traces its roots back to netdecisions which Manoj and his business partner Charles Mindenhall founded back in 1998.

Blenheim Chalcot specialises in building digital businesses that transform industries. It has portfolio sales of over £300m, more than 3,000 employees, and a successful track record of over 40 companies across IT services and software platforms, financial services, education and media.

Manoj is Chairman of The British Asian Trust. He was also Chairman of Operation Smile UK for over ten years, and a founding Trustee of the Technology Trust.

Manoj has an MA in economics from Emmanuel College, Cambridge University and was formerly a partner at Monitor Company where he spent time in the UK, Germany and India.

Charles Mindenhall

Charles Mindenhall

Founder and Board Director

Since 1998, Charles and his business partner Manoj Badale have built more than 30 businesses, largely technology-related, managed through their investment company Blenheim Chalcot. The portfolio currently consists of over 20 companies in multiple sectors, with group assets under management of £900m. Charles is also the Chairman of Tech Trust, Onside Youthzones London, and Barking and Dagenham Youthzone. He is a trustee of The Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Andrew is Group Chief Executive and one of the co-founders of Agilisys, responsible for the strategic direction of the business and leading strong relationships with our clients. With over two decades of experience across a number of senior roles, Andrew has a unique ability to lead and inspire teams to drive success.

Andrew’s vision is to continue to build on Agilisys’ position as a leading provider of digital transformation services by placing public services at the forefront of what technology can deliver. He seamlessly connects agencies, technologies and places and is driven by customer care and a client solution-oriented spirit.

Andrew also plays an active role working as part of the Blenheim Chalcot group of companies which enables Agilisys to work in partnership with the UK’s leading digital venture builder.

Sean Grimes

Sean Grimes

Chief Growth Officer

Sean is responsible for the strategic direction of the business, development of our go to market positioning and service offerings.

Prior to this role he was responsible for our business-wide core capabilities, including IT and Cloud, ensuring these offerings continue to develop to meet customer needs. Sean pioneered Agilisys’ move into cloud, digital transformation and health & social care.

Sean joined Agilisys from Cambridge Management Consultants, where he spent six years managing several strategic engagements throughout Europe. Sean holds a first class degree in Business Studies and Quantitative Business Analysis.

Kay Andrews

Kay Andrews

Executive Director

Kay is the Executive Director of Agilisys, and has more than two decades of global IT and Business Services experience. Kay was the former CEO of Agilisys and now works to expand key client relationships and support key business initiatives. Her track record of achievement demonstrates her ability to combine sustainable business growth with effective customer management and service delivery. Kay also works to support key initiatives across the Blenheim Chalcot group.

Prior to working at Agilisys, Kay spent 13 years at Perot Systems and three years as Executive Director for Local Government at Liberata. Kay holds a first class degree in Mathematics and an MBA.

Louise Ah Wong

Louise Ah Wong

Professional Services Director

Louise is Director for our Professional Services Division. She is responsible for the business development team within the division, provides executive oversight for major digital transformation programmes for our clients. And leads the development of strategic relationships with many of our technology and consulting partners.

Louise has led many successful public and private sector consulting assignments for Agilisys across local government, central government, housing and the charity sector. She specialises in complex change programmes including digital and customer service led transformation, ERP and back-office consolidations and strategic organisational redesign.

Prior to working at Agilisys Louise worked in the financial services sector.

Max Jones

Max Jones

Health Managing Partner

Max is the Managing Partner at Agilisys with responsibility for the Health Portfolio. Max has 30+ years of healthcare technology experience and has held board level roles in both private and public sector healthcare organisations where his passion for technology and focus on programme delivery have made the difference to delivering benefits his customers. Max has a particular expertise in the development of Artificial Intelligence and Data strategies to develop insight and enable data-driven transformation.

Tim Pitts

Local and Regional Government Managing Partner

Tim Pitts is one of the Managing Partners at Agilisys. Tim’s career has been an unusual combination of Consulting (IBM, PA Consulting and Deloitte), Digital innovation (delivering major digital programmes like MyTravel.com and building the Agilisys Digital platforms, and Local Government having worked as a Head of Service at Surrey County Council for 3 years, but all focussed on delivering digital innovation and transformation.

Human Resources Director

Simon is responsible for HR across Agilisys, including our strategic local government partnerships. Since joining Agilisys in 2003 from major recruitment provider, Manpower, Simon has been responsible for implementing Agilisys’ Performance Management Framework and for the HR transition delivery of each of our strategic partnerships.

Richard is CEO of Agilisys Guernsey. Having led our Customer Service division prior to this, Richard has real clarity and insight into the challenges that our customers are facing and how our products, services and solutions can help them meet those challenges.

Before joining Agilisys Richard was involved in the design and delivery of transformational outsourcing projects for organisations including The Listening Company, beCogent and Dataforce.

As the Commercial Director for Agilisys, Mark is responsible for client satisfaction and commercial growth. Mark has previously worked for Agilisys in the AGMA region. Mark brings a wealth of external experience to the Commercial Director role from a variety of positions in the consulting, contracting and outsourcing industries. His background encompasses global, PLC and private equity businesses.

Ewan Stradling

Non-Executive Director

Ewan is the founder and CEO of BMS Finance, a specialist direct lending business. BMS provides debt finance to high growth SMEs in the UK and Ireland.

Prior to founding BMS Finance, Ewan worked with a range of companies, as Group CFO for the Netdecisions Group, including Agilisys. He was responsible for the group’s commercial, legal and finance functions. His experience included numerous corporate transactions, a substantial turnaround and restructuring, following the dotcom crash, and board positions as an investor director. Prior to joining the Netdecisions Group, Ewan worked for Investec in the corporate finance department. He specialised in M&A within the small and mid-cap sector.

Julia Warrack

Julia Warrack

Non-Executive Director

Julia is one of the Non-Executive Directors of Agilisys, with particular strengths around technology, cyber, internal business governance and risk. With over 23 years of experience across a number of senior technology and transformation roles, Julia brings a wealth of knowledge gained across 9 industry sectors, including public sector, to help Agilisys define and deliver a strategy for growth.

Julia has championed technology and innovation for the vast majority of her career, encouraging teams to challenge the orthodoxy and dare to be different. An exponent of collaboration and modern agile practices, Julia’s ambition is to help by building on Agilisys’ position as a leading provider of digital transformation services by bringing her extensive and cross sector expertise and passion for technology and innovation to bear across the business.

Julia also plays an active role supporting Agilisys with it’s diversity and inclusion agenda, having been an active advocate and public speaker in many of her previous roles.

Duncan Tait

Duncan Tait

Non-Executive Director

Duncan Tait is non-executive director for Agilisys and BiTC. He was the first non-Japanese board member of Fujitsu, a $40B services and technology business employing over 150K people, where he spent almost 10 years in a variety of senior leadership roles, including 5 years as CEO of EMEIA and the Americas.

Prior to this, Duncan spent 10 years with HP in a variety of senior executive roles and 3 years as MD of Unisys in UKMEA.

Duncan is passionate about the positive difference technology brings to they world and is helping Agilisys to deliver its mission to make digital perform for Public Services.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts and a Morgan Three Wheeler driver.
