- North Somerset Council decided to embark on an ambitious transformation programme, to improve citizen engagement by making better use of digital channels.
- We supported the design, creation and launch of the council’s online MyAccount platform (a safe and flexible way for citizens to access council services), revolutionising internal working practices, customer interactions and service delivery
- As of 2018, MyAccount has over 100,000 users—more than half of which accessed their account in the last two years.
- Digital transformation has created annual savings of over £800,000 on citizen support services.
The council now aims to have more than 70% of households signed-up online by 2020.
