RPA saves time for teachers in Aberdeen
Learn how a virtual worker takes over manual data entry for important child plans at Aberdeen City Council.
The first process automation will reduce administration for teachers entering Child Plans and Individual Education Plans (IEPs), saving approximately 18,000 hours of teachers’ time. The time taken by teachers to load plans has been reduced to 5 minutes or less and removed the need for teachers to have lengthy training on plan entry increasing quantity and quality of plans enabling better support for families, across multiple agencies across Aberdeen City.
