Notice Regarding Fraudulent Job Offers

Attention: Job Seekers

We have become aware of instances of third parties making unauthorised, ‘cloned’ copies of the Agilisys website and seeking to pass themselves off as Agilisys. We have sought to get such copies taken down, but since those responsible can be difficult to identify and they are typically based overseas, this is not always possible. We have been made aware that off the back of these cloned copies, unsolicited approaches to individuals are being made through various channels making bogus job offers which can appear to be from Agilisys. You will never receive an unsolicited job offer from Agilisys. Often, such ‘offers’ will ask for you to submit personal and financial information. Please take great care not to be caught out by these scams and take steps to verify any communication that you are not expecting.

Warning Signs of Fraudulent Activity

  • Cloned Websites: If you encounter a website that closely resembles Agilisys’ official site but is not our legitimate domain, it may be a fraudulent clone. Always verify the URL and ensure it ends with @agilisys.co.uk.
  • Poor Formatting and Errors: Be cautious of communication with spelling or grammatical mistakes, or poorly formatted documents.
  • Requests for Personal Information: Legitimate job offers from Agilisys will not ask for personal details such as your address, date of birth, passport number, social security number, or banking information early in the process. We have a secure process for requesting such information only after a formal job offer.
  • Suspicious Email Addresses: Emails from domains not affiliated with Agilisys (e.g., @yahoo.com, @gmail.com) or domains that do not match Agilisys’s official domain should be treated with caution. Agilisys email addresses end with @agilisys.co.uk.
  • Unlisted Positions: If you receive a job offer or notice for a position not listed on our official website, it is likely fraudulent.
  • Application Process: We only accept applications through our official Career Portal on our Agilisys Career Website https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/agilisys. We do not conduct interviews via chat or email.
  • Urgency and Pressure: Be wary of communications that pressure you to act quickly. Scammers often create a sense of urgency to trick individuals.

Important Information for Job Seekers

  • Official Job Openings: All legitimate Agilisys job openings are posted on our Career Portal through our Agilisys Career Website https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/agilisys. Apply online.
  • Interview Process: The interview process starts with a Microsoft Teams conversation with one of our recruiters. Interviews are conducted in person or via video conferencing tools.
  • Job Offers: Official offers are extended through Agilisys’ Applicant Tracking System called Greenhouse. You will need to log in to YOTI to view and accept an offer.
  • No Financial Requests: Agilisys will never ask for money or personal financial information to apply or work with us.

If you receive any suspicious communication or have concerns about a job offer, please contact us at PeopleOperations@agilisys.co.uk. If you believe you have been targeted by a scam, report it to local law enforcement or relevant authorities.

Thank you for your attention and vigilance.

Healthcare and Generative AI: 7 Ideas for 7 Ages

When we discuss Generative AI (GenAI) with customers, we often find that one of the initial barriers to understanding is that people don’t yet grasp what GenAI is for. Customers will throw out an entire bucket list of ideas, 99% unrelated to GenAI. And that’s understandable; if your organisation is facing existential pressures, you care about solving those problems, rather than tinkering around with the latest gadget to understand how it can help.
